Pathway 1 · Preparation

Getting ready, before you go.

Practical, personal and logistical support before a treatment experience. Preparation is where most of the hard decisions happen, and you shouldn't have to make them alone.

These options are being set up. Ask us what's available now.

What preparation can include

Pick what you need.

  • Psychedelic coaching for addiction

    With PACT
One-to-one coaching to think through your goals, your questions and what you want to be different. Coaching is not therapy or medical care.
  • Online groups and meetings

    With PACT
Meet other people preparing for treatment, and people who have already been through it.
  • Nutritional guidance

    Through outside providers
General guidance on eating well in the weeks before you travel, from a qualified provider. Any program-specific instructions come from the program itself.
  • Interventions

    Through outside providers
If you're a family member worried about someone, we can connect you with professionals who help families plan a conversation about treatment.
  • Sober companionship

    Through outside providers
A trained companion who stays with someone during a hard stretch, such as the days before departure.
  • Travel companions

    Through outside providers
Someone to travel with you to the program, so you don't make the trip alone.
  • Passports, visas, flights and logistics

    With PACT
Help getting the paperwork and travel in order: passports, visas, flights, transfers and the timing around your admission date.

What we don't do

Medical screening is the program's job.

We're coaches and coordinators, not clinicians. The treatment program you choose does its own medical assessment, which for ibogaine usually means heart tests, bloodwork and a full review of your medications.

We help you understand what that screening involves and get your records together for it. We never tell anyone to stop or change a medication. That conversation belongs with your doctor and the program's medical team.

Still choosing a program? Start with placement.

Ask about preparation

Tell us roughly where you are and what you're planning. We'll reply by email and set up a call if it helps.

How should we reach you?

Please don't include medical details here. We'll talk about your situation privately.
