Community
Six people. Three months. Something to build together.
Small groups that stay focused on the present and on what's possible next. Each cohort has six people, a mentor, a three-month cycle and a shared project with a real result.
We are developing our first PACT groups. Register your interest to hear what comes next.

The cycle
Every three months, a new cohort.
Six people around an open center: room for the mentor, and for whatever the group decides to build. At the end of a cycle, people carry their learning and their friendships into new groups, so the wider community keeps growing.
Forming
The group forms, agrees how it will meet and check in, and chooses a shared project.
Building
Regular meetings, steady progress on the project, support between meetings.
Finishing and handing off
The group reviews what it made and learned, then members move into new cohorts.
The shared project is chosen by the group: service, a creative collaboration, learning something together, or a practical contribution to the community. How often groups meet, and for how long, is still being decided.
A meeting
What a meeting looks like.
Present-time check-in
How each person is actually doing today.
Reflection or learning topic
A reading, a question, or something a member brings.
Shared-project review
Where the project stands and what's in the way.
Next actions
Who does what before the next meeting.
Closing commitment
One thing each person commits to.
Between meetings, members stay connected through agreed check-ins and a private group channel.
Mentorship
Mentors, not sponsors.

A PACT mentor builds on the peer support of a sponsor and widens it. Mentors help people understand themselves and apply what they learn in everyday life.
Peer support and accountability
The heart of the role: someone who has been there, who checks in and keeps you honest.Meditation and contemplative practice
Help building a practice that suits you.Spiritual study, when you want it
Spiritual study follows each member's own interests. Nobody is handed a belief system.Reading, learning and exploring consciousness
Books, courses and conversations to help you understand yourself and apply it day to day.
Mentoring isn't coaching, therapy or medical care. We're defining mentor qualifications, preparation and matching now, and we'll publish them here before the first cohorts start.
Express cohort interest
Tell us a little about yourself and we'll let you know when the first groups form.
