One framework, many paths

Bring your own way in.

The Foundational Four is PACT's own framework. Inside it there's room for several introspective learning paths. What you read, how you write, the way you move and the kind of meditation you practice can all follow your own interests.

The 12 Steps can be one optional path within it, for people who find them useful, alongside other approaches or as an expanded course of study.

We aren't setting a fixed time for the practice yet. The curriculum is still being written, and we'd rather get it right than prescribe a number.

Practice alongside other people in a PACT cohort.
